Order Tracking

To track your order, please enter your Tracking Number in the box below and press the “Track” button. This ID was sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email once your order has been handed over to the carrier (FedEx Ground, UPS, or LTL Freight), which will include your unique tracking link.

Important Information:

  • System Update: Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

  • Freight Deliveries (Large Tables): If your order is being shipped via LTL Freight (Truck), the tracking status will update as it moves across the country. Important: Once the shipment reaches the local terminal near you, the carrier will call you directly at the phone number you provided to schedule a specific delivery appointment.

  • Handling Time: Please remember that our solid wood tables require 1–3 business days for inspection, palletizing, and processing before shipment.
