Cancel My Order

At Mimontee, we pride ourselves on our fast processing times to get your furniture to you as quickly as possible. However, we understand that circumstances change. This policy outlines how and when you can cancel an order.
1. Cancellation Window
Because we operate on a Ready-to-Ship model with a 2:00 PM ET cut-off time, our shipping process moves very fast.

Before Shipment: You may request to cancel your order for a Full Refund at any time before the shipment has been processed and a Bill of Lading (Tracking Number) has been generated.

The “Point of No Return”: Once you receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number (or Freight PRO number), your order has been handed over to the carrier. At this stage, we can no longer cancel the order.
Urgent Note: If you place an order before 2:00 PM ET, it may ship that same day. In this case, you may only have a 1–2 hour window to request a cancellation.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
Time is of the essence. To cancel, please follow these steps immediately:

Email Us: Send an email to support@mimontee.com.

Subject Line: Please use the subject: “URGENT: CANCEL ORDER [Your Order #]”.

Details: Include your Order Number and the email address used at checkout.
Our support team prioritizes emails with “URGENT” in the subject line.
3. Refund Process
If your cancellation request is received and approved before the item ships:

We will void the transaction immediately.

A 100% Full Refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to reflect the funds in your account.
4. Late Cancellations (After Shipping)
If your order has already left our warehouse (in transit):

Do not refuse delivery: If you refuse the shipment upon arrival without prior approval, it will be treated as a “Change of Mind” return.

Fees: You will be responsible for the Original Shipping Cost AND the Return Freight Cost. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.

Note: Freight costs for heavy tables are substantial (often $150+ each way). It is much more cost-effective to receive the item and contact us first.
